House Condemned After 'Dangerous Conditions' In Middletown Twp.

Middletown Township Police arrested three people at a Ramble Road home with "dangerous living conditions."

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —A Ramble Road home has been condemned after the Middletown Township Police Department found "dangerous living conditions."

Middletown Township Police executed a search warrant on a house located on the 1600 block of Ramble Road on Feb. 28.

During the search, police took three people into custody.

Michael DeSantis was arrested on a domestic assault warrant, Heather Winthers was arrested on a domestic relations warrant, and Thomas Palaio was arrested for failing to comply with Megan‘s Law as a sexually violent predator and for a probation violation.

Officers also found "dangerous living conditions" and called Middletown Township’s Fire Marshal office, Licensing and Inspection, as well as building zoning.

Authorities then condemned the house for human occupancy due to life, health, and safety risks.

The SPCA and MTPD Animal Control Officer also came out to the residence and were granted another warrant to take custody of all of the animals in the home.

All three suspects will also be facing charges related to failing to care for their animals. They were remanded to Bucks County Prison.
