Interstate 295 Overnight Bridge Repair Work Begins

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Overnight bridge repair work begins Monday on Interstate 295 in Middletown Township, PennDOT said.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said the work will take place on two nights.

Drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Monday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 1, a single lane closure will be in place from 9 p.m. to Noon, followed by a double lane closure from Midnight to 5 a.m. on eastbound and westbound I-295 approaching U.S. 1.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
