According to police, Williams is accused of jogging up to houses and stealing packages after they were left by delivery drivers. A video posted by the police department had shown a man fitting William's description running up to a house and taking a package before running away.
People who commit crimes like these have often been referred to as 'porch pirates' in recent years.
