Part Of Woodbourne Scheduled To Close For Project In July: PennDOT

The road will be closed between Butternut Lane and Wood Lane in Middletown Twp. from July 10 to July 16 for a railroad crossing replacement.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that part of Woodbourne Road will be closed for a week in July for work on a railroad project.

CSX Railroad is planning to close the road between Butternut Lane and Wood Lane in Middletown Township for a railroad crossing replacement. The closures will begin on July 10 at 7 a.m. and end on July 16 at 6 p.m.

The closures will last 24 hours from the start until the end. Any drivers who usually take this road are advised to use Route 213 (Maple Avenue), Route 413 (Pine Street), Winchester Avenue, and Langhorne Yardley Road.
