Shop With A Cop Coming To Langhorne Target
The sixth annual Shop With A Cop program will be held in early December.

LANGHORNE, PA — The Middletown Township Police Department will be holding its sixth annual 'Shop With A Cop' program at the Target, located in Langhorne, on Sunday, Dec. 5.
The annual program allows officers from the police department to interact with community members on an intimate level while raising funds that go to giving gifts and food to families in need during the holiday season.
"Our mission is simple - to brighten the holiday season for the children and families who are in need," the police department said on their website.

The police department has worked with guidance counselors and school employees, as well as taking private submissions, to find children and families who are in need of help during the holiday season. Children from families struggling financially, as well as with sick family members or a parent who is deployed, are helped by this program every year.
These children then accompany an officer as they go through the Target store and use funds to stock up on food, clothes, and gifts.
