Software Glitch Messes Up Pennsbury School Lunch Accounts
Pennsbury school officials are apologizing for the error in which families received emails that there was a negative lunch account balance.
FAIRLESS HILLS, PA —The Pennsbury School District said that emails were sent to families on Wednesday alerting them that their child's school lunch account has a negative balance.
School officials said the emails appear to have been generated automatically due to a software glitch.
"They are not accurate and can be disregarded," school officials. "We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused."
