Woman Who Died In Bristol Twp. Crash Identified By Coroner's Office

The 18-year-old from Fairless Hills had just celebrated her 18th birthday and had recently graduated from high school.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — The Bucks County Coroner's Office has identified the 18-year-old woman who died on July 27 in a one-car crash in Bristol Township.

Keira D’Ambra, from Fairless Hills, died from blunt force trauma when the car she was in crashed into a tree just before 4 p.m. on Wistar Road near the Armstrong Middle School.

A 17-year-old boy was driving the white 2002 Mustang eastbound on Wistar at a high rate of speed when the crash occurred, police said. Two passengers were inside the vehicle, including the
D'ambra who was in the backseat.

D'ambra was taken to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown Township, where she later died from
her injuries, police said. The 17-year-old driver from Levittown and a 17-year-old boy sitting in the front passenger seat were also taken to St. Mary for treatment of injuries, police said.

A memorial gathering for D'ambra will be held on Monday, August 4 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her family and friends are remembering her as a "kind, loving, and sweet young woman with a contagious laugh."

The crash is under investigation by the Bristol Township Police Department.
