Here is what's going Today In The Spring-Ford Area: The Pennsylvania Department of Health is distributing free potassium iodine (KI) tablets Thursday to those who live, work or attend school within a 10-mile radius of the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant at the Pottstown Health Center. <a href="https://limerick.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/state-agency-distributing-tablets-in-case-of-nuclear-emergency-in-limerick" rel="nofollow">Click here for more information</a>. The <a href="http://extension.psu.edu/4-h/counties/montgomery/annual-4-h-fair/the-montgomery-county-4-h-fair" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Montgomery County 4-H Festival kicks off Thursday</a> at 4 p.m. at the county's center at 1015 Bridge Road in Skippack.  There is a $5 per-cart fee to attend the fair, which will include entertainment, food, exhibits and animals. A sale of fabric, crafts and needlework will be held on Thursday; proceeds will benefit the Montgomery County 4-H Kid's sewing program. At 10:15 a.m., t<a href="http://www.friendsofroyersfordlibrary.org/id88.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">he Royersford Free Library</a> will offer Story Time.  At 6 p.m., adults are welcome to play scrabble at the library.
