Limerick Police Warn of ‘Heavy Pressure’ Door-to-Door Solicitors
One of the groups is permitted to solicit; the other reportedly did not have a permit.

The Limerick Township Police warned residents Thursday of two soliciting groups engaged in door-to-door sales around the township.
“One is a non-profit out of Georgia that did not require a permit, the second was a magazines sales company that required a permit did not have one,” according to police.
“Both groups were reported to be involved with heavy-pressure sales tactics and they gave receipts for donations that allowed them to obtain personal information of the donor,” police added.
