Meet 'Montgomery', Resident Bald Eagle, At Royersford Park

Royersford, PA -- Upper Schuylkill Valley Park in Royersford will hold a meet and greet with Montgomery, the park's resident bald eagle.

The event will take place on Friday, July 15, at 10:00 a.m.

Visitors will learn about this beautiful bird’s diet, habitat, and much more.

A story will be read aloud and participants will make a craft to take home.

This program is for children aged three to seven. There is a $4.00 per child suggested donation.

Preregistration is required. Please call 610-948-5170 to preregister. The registration deadline is July 13, 2016.

This event will be held weather-permitting, as all of the activities will be held outdoors.
