Nick Feola, a Pottstown engineer, said there would be a 25-foot buffer around the townhouses and a 50-foot buffer between the commercial buildings and the residential area.
Feola said the plan also includes two spaces per unit for the residential unit, which amounts to 134 spaces. He said that the plan would also provide 23 off-street spaces.
