Property Taxes Can Be Paid Online in Limerick
Township offers online bill pay for 2013 property taxes.

Few people still write a check, seal it in an envelope and ship it off in the mail to pay monthly bills. Why should your taxes be much different?Â
Limerick Township couldn't agree more. This year, taxpaying citizens that owe property taxes can make a simple payment online.
Using the new online web service found here, residents can log in and make a payment. The system accepts American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card credit card payments.

The site is fueld by "MuniciPay," a nationwide payment solution web service.Â
This year's taxes will be made through the elected official, Ryan P. Wall. Previous years were collected by Mark S. Painter. Those with questions about payments prior to 2013 (2012 and earlier), can reach Painter at 610-792-0470 or write to P.O. Box 429, Royersford, PA 19468.

Limerick's current Tax Collector, Ryan P. Wall, is reachable at 484-938-8001 or via mail at P.O. Box 460, Royersford, PA 19468. Residents can also email Ryan P. Wall - Tax Collector by clicking on the link.
For those that prefer a more traditional route, taxes are collected in March and April on Monday and Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday from 7 to 9 a.m. and Saturdays on April 13, 20 and 27Â only, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
"The tax collector’s authority to collect taxes is based on Pennsylvania law," said the township's website. "The Tax Collector is authorized to collect the current year’s real estate taxes for Montgomery County, Limerick Township and the Spring-Ford Area School District and per capita taxes for the Spring-Ford Area School District. They are not authorized to collect the township and school district Earned Income Tax or Municipal Services Tax, or any other tax."
