Rash Of Thefts From Vehicles In Royersford

ROYERSFORD, PA — A rash of thefts from vehicles has hit the greater Royersford area over the holiday week, police in Royersford said.

Thefts have occurred throughout the borough and surrounding area.

Authorities urged the public to be on the alert.

"Please remember to lock your cars and take any valuables with you," police said in a statement. "If you happen to notice anything missing or find any damage to your car, don't hesitate to reach out to your local police department to make a report. Also, please avoid leaving your vehicle running while you're not with it. This makes it very easy for a thief to steal your vehicle."

No arrests have been announced, and investigations are ongoing.
