Harry Moran, a resident of Spring City, Pa., was named Vice President of the university's Phi Beta Lambda in fall 2012 and spring 2013. Moran is a Accounting major at Alvernia, and a graduate of West-Mont Christian Academy.

Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is the collegiate level of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). The purpose of PBL is to provide opportunities for post-secondary students to develop necessary business, leadership, professional, and career-related skills. PBL strives to promote service, education, and progress throughout the university, community, and business arena.
