• Titus, Tylar Mark (crimewatchpa.com) — Lock Haven City Police report that an individual identified as Tylar Titus was located in woods near South Hanna Street after officers responded to a property damage call on North Henderson Street. Police say Titus allegedly ignored commands, displayed a knife, and advanced toward an officer before being taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault and related offenses.
   

• Pittinger, Tevin Levion (crimewatchpa.com) — Lock Haven City Police recently arrested a driver at the 7-Eleven on Bellefonte Avenue after responding to reports of a suspected intoxicated motorist near Bellefonte Avenue and Irwin Street. Officers say the driver refused to exit the vehicle, resisted their efforts, and declined testing, leading to multiple misdemeanor charges related to DUI, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
