2 Injured After Truck Trapped Under Montco School Bus
Lower Moreland Police said that a pickup truck crashed with a school bus carrying children on County Line Road on Thursday evening.

LOWER MORELAND TOWNSHIP, PA —Authorities are investigating a crash in which two people were injured when a pickup truck got trapped under a school bus.
The Lower Moreland Township Police Department said the crash happened at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at County Line Road and Buxmont Road.
Police said the collision involved a pickup truck and a Lower Moreland School District bus carrying students.

One student suffered minor injuries along with the driver of the truck who had to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported to the hospital with moderate injuries.
Police said there are no updates on the driver’s condition at this time.

County Line Road was closed between Pine Road and Bustleton Avenue while the investigation continued and remained that way until the scene was cleared five hours later.
Numerous area fire companies and emergency crews responded to the crash.
The Southampton Fire Company No. 1 Rescue 2 assisted Montgomery County Station 8 with the vehicle rescue, assisting with the stabilization, roof removal, and dash displacement.
The Huntingdon Valley Fire Company said its crews encountered heavy entrapment of the pickup truck. The fire company said two other children on the bus were checked out on the scene and taken home by their parents.
Crews on scene included Squad 8, Engine 8, Utility 8, Engine 11, Special Service 11, Bucks Rescues 2, 4, and 6, Medics 355, 384, Fire Police 8, 95, Bucks Fire Police 1, 2 and 6, FM 25, LMPD, LSPD.
