LOWER MORELAND, PA — A main road has been shut down in Lower Moreland after a downed tree brought electrical wires with it into the roadway.

The incident occurred at around 7:55 a.m. on Friday morning.

Valley Road is shut down between Welsh Road and Terwood Road.

PECO crews are working to address the issue. No estimate for reopning has been given by authorities.
