Dad Reports Son’s Heroin Overdose, Police Say
The Lower Moreland Police Department was called to a home after a dad found his son unresponsive in the bathroom.

A Lower Moreland man of Albidale Drive broke down his bathroom door with a hammer after his 26-year-old son had locked himself inside for about 20 minutes.
He found his son passed out and unresponsive on the floor, police say. The father called 9-1-1.
Police found a hypodermic needle and two used blue paper packages consistent with the packaging of heroin. They also found three unused blue paper packages with white powder that were marked “VICTORIA SECRET.”
According to the report, the powder later tested positive for heroin.

The man survived and faces charges for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
