Township To Review Apartment Complex Sketch Plan

The Greenhill Group is back once again to present a revised sketch plan that calls for 250 apartments on 9.5 acres of property.

The Greenhill Group will once again be back in Lower Moreland and will present a revised sketch plan proposing to build 250 apartments and 5,000 square feet of commercial space in the township.

The LM Board of Commissioners will review this plan by the Jefferson Apartment Group/Greenhill Group at their August 7 meeting in the Community Room of the Huntingdon Valley Library (second floor) at 7:00 p.m. Any interested resident is invited to attend.

The developers have been trying to get a plan approved for months now to allow the consolidation and redevelopment across the following properties:

Back in January, the Greenhill Group on the same properties. But after hearing feedback from the Board of Commissioners, .

Seven months later, the revcised sketch reduces the number of apartments (by 34) and allows an additional 5,000 square feet to be devoted to commercial space. The apartment complex will still include a pool and clubhouse as amenities.
