Men Fall Asleep At Gas Pump In Montco With Illegal Weapons: Police
The drunken pair nodded off in the vehicle filled with illegally owned firearms, authorities said.
LOWER MORELAND, PA — Two intoxicated men were arrested in Montgomery County after falling asleep in their vehicle at the gas pump with numerous illegal firearms around them, police said.
The incident occurred on Jan. 24 on the 2500 block of Philmont Avenue in Lower Moreland.
Gavin Saxon, 27, and Joseph Saxon, 23, were detained while police searched their vehicle and found the weapons and drug paraphernalia.

A search of records revealed that Gavin had a revoked permit to carry firearms, while Joseph did not have any permit at all, police said.
They were charged with firearms offenses, possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness, and related counts
