Montco Man Stalked Couple, Attacked Man After 2024 Crash: Police
Police said the man got out of his vehicle in the middle of the road with a tire iron and advanced toward the victims.
LOWER MORELAND, PA — A Montgomery County man has been charged after serving other sentences in a 2024 incident in which he stalked and attacked a couple following a crash, police said.
The incident occurred on May 12, 2024, near the intersection of Ayresdon Avenue and Walton Road in Lower Moreland Township.
Jaquan Martin Loeb, 25, has been charged with terroristic threats, stalking, simple assault, and harassment.

The victims crashed their gray Kia into a fence, and Loeb's vehicle was stopped in the middle of Ayresdon Avenue, police said.
Authorities said Loeb was following the couple, and that he emerged from the vehicle with a tire iron in his hand, according to officials.

Loeb punched the man in the face and then began threatening the woman as well, police said.
Loeb was transferred to Montgomery County Correctional Facility on Oct. 10 after completing sentences for unrelated crimes.
A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
