Pine Road Closed In Lower Moreland Due To Downed Tree, Pole: Police
Police ask drivers to avoid Pine Road between Philmont Avenue and Byberry Road on Thursday morning.
LOWER MORELAND TWP., PA — Part of Pine Road is closed after a tree fell into wires and broke a utility pole Thursday morning, Lower Moreland Police said.
Police sent an alert at 6 a.m. Thursday, saying Pine is closed between Philmont Avenue and Byberry Road. It is still closed as of 9:20 a.m., police said.
Police ask residents to avoid the area until repairs can be made. Flaggers are out helping direct traffic, police said.
