Voyeur Banned from Willow Grove Mall
Judge says he needs a psych eval and is barred from the mall

A Philadelphia man was sentenced yesterday following an incident in which he was looking at a woman in a Macyβs fitting room in Willow Grove Park mall in October, according to a report in the Pottstown Mercury.
According to the story, Tyrek Zyaire Henly, 21, of Philadelphia, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to one year of probation and 24 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of defiant trespassing and invasion of privacy in connection with the Oct. 8, 2011, incident at the Macyβs store at the in Abington.
In the Oct. 8 incident, a woman said a man, who was later identified as Henly, was βcrouched down and looking upβ at her between the fitting room partition as she was trying on clothes. The complainant said she yelled at the man, and he fled β¦ he left his boots and boxers behind, according to the story.Β

On March 22 of this year, Henly was seen entering a womenβs fitting room in the swimwear section of Macyβs β he was arrested and was IDβd as being the man in the Oct. 8 incident.

According to court documents, Henly was charged with stalking, in addition to defiant trespassing and invasion of privacy.Β
Montgomery County Judge Garrett Page accepted a plea agreement in which Henly must undergo a psychological evaluation; he is also banned from the mall.
According to court documents, Henly was arrested July 2 in West Whiteland Township in Chester County for invasion of privacy -- viewing or photographing a person without consent -- and for disorderly conduct; he was also arrested for burglary in Philadelphia in August of last year, but the case was dismissed due to lack of prosecution.Β
