$100,000 State Grant Will Fund New, Accessible Playground At Worcester Elementary

The current playground equipment has been there since the school was built in 1999, according to the Methacton School District.

WORCESTER TWP., PA β€” A $100,000 state grant will allow for new, more accessible playground equipment at Worcester Elementary School, the Methacton School District announced.

Rep. Matt Bradford (D-PA-70) stopped by the school to present the check on behalf of the Commonwealth. School and district leaders, parents, and Worcester Elementary students met with him on Tuesday.

The project is scheduled to begin at the end of this school year, the district said.
