Electrical Fire Reported at Rogers and Trooper Roads
Lower Providence quickly put the flames to rest.

According to the Department of Public Saftey computer-aided dispatch system, the Lower Providence Fire Department responded to a fire reported at Rogers and Trooper roads around 8:30 p.m. on Monday night.
Fire crews were on the scene, along with fire police to block the entrance of the road from Trooper. Crews were there for a reported electrical fire, which was soon put under control. Crews left the scene around 8:44 p.m.
Two units responded to the scene, along with Lower Providence Township Police Department and one fire police unit. No visible flames or smoke were present at the time of reporter's arrival. Traffic was diverted for a short time from the vicinity. No injuries or property damage were immediately reported.
