The Lehigh Valley case involved the deaths of Robert and Mary O'Rourke, who died from blunt force injuries following a June 21 collision with a FedEx truck driven by Lindeman, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office.
In that case, Lindeman was in the FedEx truck traveling on Route 145 when he veered out of his lane and into the lane of an off-duty police officer, nearly striking the individual. Lindeman then continued on into the path of the O'Rourke's motorcycle, killing the husband and wife immediately, according to the D.A.'s Office.
In Montgomery County, Lindeman is facing charges that he was driving drunk when he veered into the path of a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Paul Conaway of Chester County. Conaway was killed in the crash and two occupants from his vehicle were injured.
That crash happened just a little before midnight on Sept. 18 in Lower Providence Township.
