Methacton Changes Its Full Day Kindergarten Readiness Session For Parents To Virtual Event
The session, designed to inform families about the new full day kindergarten program, will now be held virtually as opposed to in person.

LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — A readiness session designed to introduce Methacton families to the new full day kindergarten program scheduled to begin next school year will now be held virtual due to spikes in COVID-19.
The information session, originally scheduled to be held in person on Jan. 13 at the Arcola Intermediate School, will now be held via the virtual Zoom platform.
The event will still take place on Jan. 13 and the start time of 7 p.m. remains the same.

Methacton school directors approved the full day kindergarten program this past summer. It is scheduled to begin in the fall of next school year.

The upcoming session is free and open to all Methacton families who will have children attending kindergarten next school year, but those interested in participating are asked to register in advance by visiting this website.
