Road closures, bridge closures, significant flooding, power outages, and other impacts led to school closures in Montgomery Co. Wednesday.
LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — Methacton School District opened late Wednesday due to the major storm sweeping through the region bringing with it flooding, power outages, and significant delays on the roads.
Methacton was one of several area schools to open late or shut down as the region recovered from the latest barrage of severe rainfall.
