PD Training At Vacant Home May Cause Loud Noise In Lower Providence Wednesday Afternoon
Residents were told not to worry if they hear loud noise from a vacant home in the township Wednesday as police will be training.

LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — Township residents were told that there is no cause for alarm if they should hear loud bangs coming from a vacant home on Wednesday afternoon as local police officers are planning to hold a training in the area.
The Lower Providence Township Police Department said the law enforcement training session would be held some time on Wednesday afternoon at an unoccupied home in the area of Woodland and Miami Avenues.
The department said that no live ammunition would be used during the police training exercise.
