To mark the official kickoff to summer, Rita's locations are dishing up savings on water ice and gelatis. 

In honor of the first day of summer, Rita's is offering regular water ice for $2 or a gelati (water ice layered with custard) for $3. Rita's stores are located:

• Collegeville at 222 E Main Street
• Collegeville at 1202 Gravel Pike
  
• Blue Bell at 936 DeKalb Pike
• Norristown at 1727 Markley Street

According to weather.com, it will be sunny and 84 degrees in Norristown, making it the perfect temperature to take in some rays-and cool off with a treat. Friday also marks the longest day of the year in terms of sunlight. So grab some sun and enjoy the first taste of summer.
