Sheriff Behr Leaving Montco For a Position At Drexel University
She is supposed to start her new position in January.
Sheriff Eileen Whalon Behr is resigning her Montgomery County Sheriff post to start as a position that may be titled the Director of Police Operations at Drexel University in Philadelphia, information that was verified Friday by Teresa Harris, a Public Information Assistant with Montgomery County.
Behr is supposed to start at Drexel on Jan. 3 in 2014. “I think she is looking forward to all of that,” said Harris.
