Garages at Cherry St. and on Main St. in Norristown will be open over the weekend for US Open goers.

Information from the Montgomery County Commissioners:
The Montgomery County Commissioners announced today that the county’s Main Street parking garage in Norristown will also be open this weekend to accommodate fans heading to the U.S. Open and using SEPTA’s Route 100 High Speed Line.  Earlier this week, the commissioners announced the Cherry Street parking garage would be open this weekend.  Both garages are normally closed on weekends.
The Main Street garage located directly across from the courthouse on Main Street between DeKalb and Swede Streets will not be available to golf fans today or Friday due to use by monthly users and jurors. The hours on Saturday and Sunday will by 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., the same hours as the Cherry Street garage, which is located a block and half west of the Main Street garage at Main and Cherry Streets.
