FEASTERVILLE, PA —The Feasterville Plaza has sold for $18.5 million, according to reports.

SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, which had the listing, said the plaza on the northeast corner of Street Road and Bustleton Pike was offered for more than $19 million.

Feasterville Plaza is fully occupied and sits on more than 12 acres and is about two miles west of the intersection of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 1.

Tenants include grocery store Bell’s Market, Altitude Trampoline Park, Hollywood Tans, Wings to Go, and an Abington Jefferson Health OB/GYN office, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

The sale of Feasterville Plaza adds to several recent shopping center trades in the Philadelphia region, the Business Journal reported, including one in Radnor.

Chichi E. Ahia and Monika Polakevic of SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the Feasterville Plaza transaction, real estate broker LoopNet stated.
