State Supreme Court Rules for West Whiteland

West Whiteland Township won a recent decision in front of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania regarding it's zoning and how it appeals for mobile homes, according to a report from the Daily Local.

The suit revolved around a plot of land being zoned for office use, a developer wanting to build a mobile home park on the space, and the idea that fair consideration wasn't given for the project.

The resolution of the case ends three years of litigation, the paper says.
