Nearly 400 Without Power In Marple, Newtown Tuesday Evening
Just under 400 PECO customers in Marple and Newtown townships do not have power as of 5:15 p.m. Tuesday.
MARPLE-NEWTOWN, PA — Several hundred PECO customers in Marple and Newtown townships do not have power Tuesday evening as strong winds plague the Philadelphia region.
According to PECO, 393 customers in both townships combined are experiencing outages.
Of those 393, 298are in Marple, giving the township the most affected customers in Delaware County, and 95 are in Newtown.

Marple has 20 separate outages, while Newtown has 16.
There is no word on when power will be restored to these impacted customers.

Delaware County in total has 1,969 PECO customers without power as of 5:15 p.m.
