Businesswoman Wins SmartCEO Award

Jennifer Byrne, the founder and president of The Tropical Travelers, a Malvern-based travel company, received the 2013 Philadelphia SmartCEO Brava! award.

According to a release, the award is presented to “women business leaders in the Philadelphia Area who are exemplary leaders in their companies and in the community by encouraging local philanthropy, mentoring fellow CEOs and sustaining their companies’ path of growth.” 

 "It is a wonderful honor to be selected for the distinguished SmartCEO Brava! Award,” says Byrne, who is from the Marple-Newtown area. “There are so many talented and hard-working CEO’s in the Philadelphia region and to be recognized alongside them is truly a highlight of my career.”
