"Their gift is cherished for the acknowledgement of each organization's contribution to the Marple Community and for spotlighting how important and needed community support is for each."
The library will use its gift to make it a welcoming community space while continuing to provide services and technology to the public.
At the Marple Township Ambulance Corps, the money will help replace older equipment with newer technology to better serve patients.
Lastly, the Broomall Fire Company plans to use the gift to continue providing life-saving emergency services via its all-volunteer force.
