Marple Memorial Post To Host Annual Memorial Day Parade
Marple Memorial Post 805 announces their annual Memorial Day Parade on May 28 at 10 a.m.

BROOMALL–The American Legion will host their Annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 28, at 10 a.m. The event will take place starting at Malin Road and West Chester Pike in Broomall. The parade will head east on West Chester Pike, proceeding to for memorial services.
A second memorial service will take place across the street at American Legion Post 805 at 11 a.m.
A third ceremony hosted by VFW Post 7390 will take place at noon at on Lawrence Road in Broomall.
The parade will feature Color Guard Units from the American Legion Post 805, VFW 7390, and the General Smedley D. Butler Detachment 741 Marine Corps League.
The Parade Marshall, State Representative Bill Adolph, will also participate along with this year’s Poppy Queen, Elaina Sweeley. In addition, the Band, Band, Boy Scouts, public officials, fire companies and ambulance corps from Broomall and Newtown Square will also participate to honor our past and present veterans.
Everyone is encouraged to watch the parade pass by on West Chester Pike. Bring your flag and chair and show your support.
