Route 1 Off-Ramp In Marple To Close For Months
Officials said the off-ramp from Route 1 north to Route 320 will be closed for months due to repair work on a crumbling sound barrier wall.
Beginning in early April, the off-ramp from Route 1 north to Route 320 (Springfield Township) will be closed for approximately three to four months while PennDOT replaces the crumbling sound barrier wall. All traffic traveling northbound on Route 1 will be forced to proceed North to Springfield Road and then detour left or right respectively to get back over to Route 320.
This will affect our return home from Interstate 476 and/or exiting from Marple Crossroads Shopping Center or Collins Drive.
