Black Cats, Dogs Discounted at Delco SPCA in Nov.

Black cats Charlie and Bella, are both older kittens, and ready for a forever home. Charlie is shy and slow to warm up but once he's comfortable, he'll cuddle for hours. Bella is more outgoing and ready to check things out. If you adopt Charlie and Bella together, you'll get them for the price of one adoption fee. Plus, all black cats and dogs are discounted in a special called Back in Black, throughout November. Charlie and Bella are available for adoption at the Delaware County SPCA.

UPDATE: Dog Scotty is still available for adoption but Cat Sadie found a loving home.
