Delco Man Caught In Lewd Act Shot At Home, Vehicles: Report
Police said a Delaware County man caught masturbating in a vehicle Saturday also shot at a home and vehicles that same day.
RIDLEY TOWNSHIP, PA — A Delaware County man who police said was caught performing a lewd act may be connected to shootings in the area.
Ryan Campbell, 44, of Brookhaven, has been charged with indecent exposure, prohibited firearm possession, recklessly endangering another person, discharging a firearm into on occupied structure, and more crimes, according to court records.
Action News reports Campbell was taken into custody Saturday by Ridley Township Police, who found him masturbating in a vehicle.

Police found a .22 caliber handgun and spent shell casings in the vehicle.
Authorities said Campbell is believed to be the person who fired shots into a house and at vehicles in Tinicum Township that same day, according to Action News.

Campbell is being held on $1 million bail and scheduled for an Aug. 18 preliminary hearing, according to court documents.
