DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Volunteers are needed to fill vacancies on the Delaware County Women’s Commission.
The commission advises the county council on issues impacting women and girls, organizes networking events, hosts guest speakers, and honors outstanding women each March for Women’s History Month.
Members engage with schools, nonprofits, grassroots leaders, and government agencies to better understand challenges and advance equity, inclusion, and opportunity throughout the county.

"Serving on the Commission is a meaningful way to amplify voices, foster connections, and help shape policies that improve the lives of women and girls in our community," the county said in announcing the vacancies.
Three vacancies on the commission need to be filled.

Interested residents can apply now through Aug. 1.
Each seat is a three-year term.
