Halloween Stores Move Into Town
The Granite Run Mall and the old Springfield Borders location have new tenants, at least for a few months.
Spirit Halloween operates more than 1,000 locations for the 2012 season, according to its website, and stores are typically open from around Labor Day through early November.
The closest Spirit Halloween store in Media Patch is in the Granite Run Mall. There are also locations at the Glen Eagle Plaza in Glen Mills and Springfield Square South in Springfield Township.
More than a year after Borders closed its doors in Springfield for the final time a new tenant has moved into that location.

Spirit Halloween opened in the store at 1001 Baltimore Pike in the strip of businesses that includes Charlie Brown’s, and the Olive Garden.
