Man Exposed Himself In Delaware County Department Store: State Police
A Chester man who had previously pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and open lewdness has been charged with those crimes again.
MEDIA, PA — A Delaware County man has been charged with indecent exposure and more after authorities said he exposed himself in a department store recently.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, troopers were called to the Boscov's store at 1067 W. Baltimore Pike in Media at about 1:34 p.m. April 3.
They were called to the department store after getting a report of a man exposing himself in the business.

Troopers who arrived at the store found the man, identified as Karon Barrow, 32, of Chester, and took him into custody.
Barrow has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and harassment, court record show.

He was held after failing to post 10 percent of $15,000 bail, according to court documents.
Barrow is scheduled for an April 16 preliminary hearing.
In 2021, Barrow pleaded guilty to open lewdness and indecent exposure in one case, and also pleaded guilty to open lewdness in another case that same year. In 2012, he pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy and tampering with evidence. And in 2015 Barrow pleaded guilty to DUI.
