VP Kamala Harris Coming To Aston For Town Hall Event: Reports

ASTON, PA — Vice President Kamala Harris will participate in a CNN town hall event in Aston Wednesday, according to reports.

The current VP and presidential candidate is reportedly heading to Sun Center Studios in the Aston section of Chester Township for the event, which will start at 9 p.m., according to the Delaware County Daily Times.

CNN Anchor Anderson Cooper will moderate the event, which will feature Democrats, Republicans and independents who are undecided in the 2024 presidential election, Action News reports.

CNN told Action News attendees "were chosen from a pool of people identified by a nonpartisan research organization and CNN editorial producers working with local and state business groups, civic organizations, religious groups and universities."

CNN said it invited former President Donald Trump’s campaign to participate in a separate CNN Town Hall on Oct. 23, as well.

However, the Trump-Vance campaign said Trump will be at an event Tuesday in Drexel Hill. Building America’s Future will host Trump for a Community Roundtable as part of its America's Future Tour.

The town hall will stream live for Pay TV subscribers on CNN's website, CNN connected TV and mobile apps, and on CNN Max for Max subscribers.

The town hall will also be available On Demand Thursday to pay TV subscribers via CNN's website, CNN apps, and Cable Operator Platforms.
