Costco has reopened after closing for several hours Friday due to a power outage. Â
Customers hoping to shop at around noon at the Robinson members-only warehouse were out of luck.
An employee said the store lost power at 5 a.m. Friday morning and the parking lot was nearly empty, an unusual sight, as cars entered only to turn around and head back out.
Power was restored Friday afternoon.Â
Other stores in the area, including Aldis, Goodwill, GFS Marketplace, Valvoline and Chick-Fil-A never lost power and remained open for business.
