Preliminary hearing scheduled for man charged with lurking

A man charged with lurking outside of Moon Township apartment complexes is slated to face a preliminary hearing this week. 

Police have accused Brian Williams, 37, of Greenville, of l at the and Waterford Landing apartments to view women in states of undress.

After a series of postponements, Williams is scheduled to face a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Coraopolis District Court.
