Where/When: The Coraopolis VFW on Mulberry Street. Event takes place at 8 p.m Friday.
Why Go: Though the oldies dance is free to attend, donations will go to the local VFW post.Â

3. Who said Dracula is only for Halloween?
Where/When: The Benedum Performing Arts Center on Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh. Event takes place Friday through Sunday at various times throughout the weekend.Â
Why Go: Take in this stunning ballet set to a score composed by Frank Liszt.Â

Where/When: The Island Sports Center on Grand Avenue on Neville Island. Event takes place at 7 p.m. Friday.Â
Why Go: RMU's men's ice hockey team will take on Mercyhurst.
