Man Dead In Crash; Allegheny County Homicide Detectives Investigating

ROBINSON TWP., PA — A man is dead after a crash on Steubenville Pike early Friday morning, and police say homicide detectives are investigating his death.

Allegheny County Police said a Ford truck hit a utility pole and went over a hillside in the 4500 block of Steubenville Pike, at about 2:09 a.m. Friday.

"The victim and lone occupant was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased," police said in a Twitter update. "Homicide detectives and collision reconstruction officers initiated an investigation."
