Megan's Law 'Most Wanted' Arrested in Moon

Allegheny County Police arrested Jamal Tompkins, who pled guilty in a 2012 sexual assault case, on Thursday.

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office arrested a tier-3 sex offender Thursday in a Moon Township hotel room, authorities said.

Jamal Tompkins, 25, pleaded guilty in 2012 of sexually assaulting a juvenile female with Downs syndrome.
